Hands-on testing
Product reviews are based on real, hands-on use. We buy the products we test, use them over a meaningful period, and document what we find. We do not publish reviews based solely on manufacturer claims.
Accuracy and honesty
We strive for accuracy and we correct mistakes promptly when they are pointed out. Every product we review receives a balanced assessment, including genuine drawbacks. We do not exaggerate benefits or bury flaws.
No health or medical claims
We do not make health or medical claims about bedding. We will not state that a product cures, treats, or prevents any condition, kills germs to protect your health, or provides any medical benefit. Features such as silver-infused fibers are described strictly in terms of odor control and freshness.
No fear, hype, or fake urgency
We do not use fear-based messaging, countdown timers, fake stock warnings, fabricated testimonials, or invented endorsements. Our calls to action are editorial and neutral.
Transparency
We disclose our affiliate relationships clearly and explain how we are funded. We keep that funding separate from our editorial decisions, as detailed in our Affiliate Disclosure and How We Test pages.
Updates
Products and markets change, so we review and update our content periodically to keep it accurate and useful.
